"Like most working mothers, I have busy, hectic days commuting an average of three hours daily. Besides having a Type A personality, I am also diagnosed with Adult ADHD and find it difficult to unwind.

Unable to work a DVD player, I waited for my son to play the disc for me. After viewing it for the first minute or two, I decided to use the beautiful scenery and music as a focal point for my yoga exercises. "I received the DVD and at first I put it on the side. After finally getting access to my DVD player late one night, I put the disc in. It had been a long day and I was totally on edge, but once I saw those beautiful nature scenes; I was totally mesmerized. I watched as though I was hypnotized, I became one with the animals and grazed as they grazed.

I was so relaxed by the end of the video, best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I felt refreshed the next day and felt I could tackle anything that came my way.
