About Us

Nature’s Chalkboard was created with a simple idea in mind, to help people “slow down, smell the roses and enjoy a sunrise or sunset or two”. Sounds funny huh? Well, sadly enough most of us don’t have the time or energy to enjoy one of life’s greatest gifts, the gift of nature. Whatever the reason, it’s been going on for far too long. After years of scratching and clawing through the rat race, I was “let go”, that was my reward and my reason.

Living in Hawaii, one of the most beautiful places in the world, I turned to her for healing and you know what, it worked. I felt so good and rejuvenated that it got me to wondering what other “magical” places of healing are out there. I looked to our great nation and developed our first DVD titled “Natural World” which can now be shared by all.

My wife and I decided to use my background in film and video and make a new start for our family. The name of our company actually came from our son, who was four-years old at the time, who blurted it out one day and it made sense. Nature is always changing and like a chalkboard, you can erase it and put up a new picture. This is the concept we are adhering to, to develop an ever expanding product line and with it a suite of complementary products. Plus, we still need to bring the awesome views that Hawaii has to offer so look for it in the near future.

Our goal is to provide quality, nature-related merchandise to encourage the education and appreciation of nature and it's healing effects. We will continue to strive to create the best products to meet that goal.
